Terms & Condition or Policy Summary

• Only available for Chippendale clinic
• Non-refundable
• It is an annual subscription valid for one year (12 months) from payment date
• After 12 months (i.e. the expiration of the subscription), membership will be renew automatically  with your provided payment method.
• To turn off auto renew
  • Login to your account
  • Click on “Membership”
  • Click on “View Billing”
  • Turn off “Auto renew”
• One person for one membership and it cannot be use for any group(s)
• Membership cannot be transferred or assigned to another person or group
• Benefits cannot be sold, transferred or redeem for cash
• Benefit cannot be used in conjunction with any other benefit unless otherwise indicated and can only be redeemed once per transaction

• 20% off for your birthday
• 30% off when you come to treatment with three new clients at the same time
• A $10 Membership Coupon by email when referred a new client to came in for treatment. Please note to let the person know to tell us your name and mobile number when arrived. This coupon can be used in conjunction with any of the above discounts.

How to sign up?

• Purchase our annual membership subscription ($60 per year) in our Shop
  • Please click here to go to our Shop
  • Click on “Sign up” under membership. This appears when mouse is hovered over membership item or product.
  • Click on “Checkout” for payment or “View cart” to edit number of membership(s). Please note this is a membership subscription thus you only need 1 membership per person
  • Click on “Proceed to checkout” for payment and create an account
• Once payment is received, four emails will be sent to you
  • A welcome email
  • An order confirmation email
  • A receipt
  • An invoice as confirmation of your membership. Please keep this email to be present to our practitioner in order to claim your membership benefit(s)
