Massage World Membership Program open to individuals who are 18 years or older with a unique email address.

An individual becomes a Member as at the date the individual sign up and paid for the membership program. This is also the effective date.

An individual is deemed to be a Member when they

• sign up in store or online and
• paid their annual (12months) membership fee (this is not refundable) and/ or
• use their Massage World Membership benefit during a transaction

When signing up in-store, practitioner or reception will record the individual’s full name, email address and address at the register. Other details may be optionally recorded.

Sign up may also be completed online by purchasing the membership under shop and follow the prompts in the checkout process.

An Member may update their Member Profile at any time by visiting the Website. It is the Member’s responsibility to update their Member Profile including their email, surname, birthday, phone and postal address. If a Member has not provided or updated Massage World with correct details, Massage World may not be able to contact the Member about their membership benefit including any special offers.

Benefit can only been redeemed at Chippendale and Sydney clinics.

At any time, Members may only have one account to the Massage World Membership Program.

Members may not transfer their account to another person.

Massage World reserves the right to modify, refuse or terminate a Member’s account to the Massage World Membership Program without notice or reason and at its absolute discretion.

At its sole discretion, Massage World may update a Member account with a Benefit as a consequence of a purchasing behaviour, incentive and/or promotional activities.

A Member may end their membership at any time by contacting Massage World’s Customer Care Centre on 1800 822 698 and by email to [email protected]

Massage World reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or vary the Benefit without notice and at any time for any reason whatsoever in its absolute discretion including without limitation to error.

Benefit cannot be sold, transferred or assigned and are not redeemable for cash or any other like instruments, including (but not limited to) gift vouchers, gift cards, cheques and credit notes.

Benefit cannot be earned.

Benefits cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other benefit unless otherwise indicated. Benefits can only be redeemed once per transaction.

All benfits have an expiry date listed with it, at which point they will no longer be available for redemption. Massage World reserves the right to change the expiry date of any Benefit at any time without notice.

If a Membership is terminated from the Massage World Membership Program, all outstanding and future Benefit will no longer be valid and will be rendered null and void.

By signing up the Massage World Membership Program, an individual consents to Massage World contacting them to provide them with consumer or marketing information and notifying them of benefits or/ and special offers on services or products.

An Member agree to be bound by this membership policy. This membership policy may be modified at any time without prior notification by Massage World in its absolute discretion. Any modification to this policy may be applied to a Member retrospectively.

Massage World will not be held responsible or liable if Benefit are not able to be redeemed for whatever reason but specifically, in the case of a Technical Issue including without limitation the failure of software or hardware or an EFTPOS malfunction

Massage World will not accept any liability for any Member Email that is misdirected, lost or not received.

Massage World will not accept any liability for any Technical Issues that may cause damage to any computer related to or used in connection with the Massage World Membership Program.

Massage World may collect personal information from Members for the purpose of facilitating the Massage World Membership Program. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Massage World’s Privacy Policy.

Massage World reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Massage World Membership Program or any aspect of it, at any time and without notice. Without limitation to the foregoing rights, Massage World reserved the right to transfer Members to such other Membership program owned, operated, managed or administered by Massage World, its ‘related bodies corporates’ or ‘associated entities’ as those terms are defined in Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

Massage World may, at any time and in its absolute discretion, require a Member to provide to Massage World proof of identification (in a form requested by Massage World) for Massage World to verify the authenticity of a Member’s membership and compliance with the this policy. Failure to provide proof of identification may result in termination of a Member’s involvement in the Massage World Membership Program.

Massage World will not be liable for any tax liability incurred by a Member in connection with the Massage World Membership Program, including that incurred in the provision and/or utilisation of benefits.

This membership policy are to be read in conjunction with any additional conditions associated with the benefits, including without limitation with the Website Terms and Conditions and other relevant Massage World policies and or terms and conditions.

Massage World reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude certain items and promotions from being redeemed by using Benefit.

Massage World’s decision in relation to all matters arising in relation to the Massage World Membership Program is final and binding.

Reference to a ‘day’ in these Member Terms and Conditions shall mean a 24 hour period.

Any failure or delay by Massage World in exercising its rights under these terms does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Any waiver by Massage World must be in writing and signed by an authorised officer of Massage World.

Nothing in this policy is intended to contravene any applicable law. To the extent that any provisions in this policy is invalid or unenforceable, it is to be read down so as to be valid and enforceable, and otherwise must be severed to the extent of any invalidity or unenforceability, without affecting the remaining provisions of this policy.
